Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive, high-energy Admissions Telecaller to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, acting as both a brand ambassador and a guide. Your goal is to convert inquiries into enrollments by understanding student needs and highlighting how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Call prospective students from provided leads (web inquiries, social media, walk-ins) to introduce our courses and programs.
  • Counseling: Understand the student's educational background, career aspirations, and pain points to recommend the most suitable program.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule via calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture leads through the enrollment funnel.
  • Database Management: Accurately update the CRM with call dispositions, student details, and the likelihood of conversion.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule campus tours or deep-dive counseling sessions with senior academic advisors.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call volume requirements and monthly enrollment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Local Language.
  • Persuasion: A natural ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with patience and professionalism.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or LeadSquared) and basic MS Office.
  • Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude—telecalling involves handling rejection with grace.
