VUCADI is an interdisciplinary platform dedicated to advancing creativity, innovation, social engagement, and regenerative thinking across the university and beyond. The Center serves as a catalyst for connecting knowledge, practice, and community through creative and socially relevant initiatives.
A distinctive role of VUCADI is to create meaningful interaction and collaboration among all schools of Vidyashilp University. By bringing together students, faculty, researchers, and practitioners from diverse disciplines, VUCADI fosters a culture of interdisciplinary exchange where business, technology, law, design, humanities, environmental studies, and other fields can collectively address complex contemporary challenges. The center functions as a common creative platform where different forms of knowledge intersect, generating innovative approaches that would not emerge within disciplinary boundaries alone.
VUCADI views creativity as a fundamental human capacity that extends far beyond artistic practice. The center develops programs that combine creative thinking, social innovation, artistic research, leadership development, ecological awareness, and community engagement.
Through workshops, residencies, public interventions, research projects, and collaborative initiatives, VUCADI explores how individuals and institutions can contribute to positive social and environmental transformation.
The initiatives developed under VUCADI reflect the centre’s commitment to interdisciplinary creativity, social engagement, and regenerative thinking. These programs and initiatives bring together diverse perspectives to address contemporary cultural, ecological, and societal questions.
