Vidyashilp University Working Paper Series

The Vidyashilp University Working Paper Series is a university-wide platform for disseminating original research, emerging ideas, preliminary findings, and ongoing scholarly work by faculty members, students and doctoral scholars. Reflecting the University's interdisciplinary research ecosystem, the series brings together scholarly contributions from its five Schools—the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, School of Law, School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, School of Design, and School of Engineering and Technology, and encourages cross-disciplinary dialogue and collaboration.

The series provides researchers an avenue to share work-in- progress, engage with the wider academic community, and receive constructive scholarly feedback prior to publication in peer-reviewed journals, books, conferences, or other academic outlets. Contributions may include conceptual, empirical, methodological, literature-based, and case-based research addressing contemporary academic and societal challenges. All submissions conform to uphold the standards of academic integrity, research ethics, originality, and responsible scholarship.
