Kiran Kumar K V is a finance professional with over two decades of experience spanning banking, academia, and FinTech consulting. He currently serves as Founder CEO of The FinTech School and Co- Founder of Deltape Technologies Private Limited.

He has a total professional experience of 20+ years with 7 years in BFSI industry, 7 years in academics & 6+ years in consulting & training.

His academic experience includes faculty positions at premier institutions such as IIM-Kozhikode, IIT- Patna, Master's Union, and BITS Pilani WILP, where he teaches courses in FinTech, Financial Analytics, and Financial Engineering.

Kiran's banking career includes nearly six years with HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where he progressed through roles from Financial Planning Manager to Associate Vice President – Premier.

He operates across multiple geographies including India, Singapore, USA, Japan, and Myanmar, providing consulting services in technology design for financial services, startup finance, and HNI wealth advisory.
