Ankita Tripathi is an accomplished academician and researcher with over eight years of experience in teaching and research in the field of accounting and finance. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance and has a strong foundation with an M. Com in the same field. She has taught a wide range of accounting and finance subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students, including courses integrated with professional programs such as CA, ACCA, and CIMA. Alongside teaching, she has actively contributed to student engagement and institutional initiatives through various academic coordination roles.
She also worked as a Research Associate at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani on an ICSSR-sponsored project. Her research interests include financial inclusion, MSME efficiency, working capital management, sustainable finance, and fintech. She has published extensively in Scopus- and ABDC-listed journals, contributed book chapters with international publishers such as Springer and Taylor & Francis, and presented her work at renowned national and international conferences, including at IIM Jammu and the University of Cambridge, UK.
With practical industry exposure through Chartered Accountancy training, she aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice and inspire future finance professionals through quality teaching and impactful research.
