Ninad Patwardhan is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Liberal Arts and Design Studies at Vidyashilp University, Bengaluru. His PhD research examined the implications of autobiographical memories for well-being. He brings with him a rich experience of having taught various psychology courses in School of Liberal Arts/Liberal Education- for more than 4 years (in a full-time role)- at various private universities in India, such as NMIMS (Deemed-to-be University), FLAME University, SRM University AP, and Karnavati University. He served as a visiting faculty for undergraduate and postgraduate psychology courses at several institutes/colleges in India, such as DY Patil College of Occupational Therapy, SNDT Women’s University (Churchgate Campus), RD National College (Mumbai), School of Design- NMIMS University, VES College (Mumbai), Nagindas Khandwala College (Mumbai), and MMP Shah College (Mumbai). He was a Research Supervisor for MA Lifespan Counselling program at St. Xavier’s College- Mumbai (Autonomous) and is currently a Research Guide for MA Psychology program at KC College (affiliated to HSNC University, Mumbai). He has published his research work in various peer-reviewed journals, presented his research work at various international conferences, and delivered talks at various organizations in India. Outside academia, Ninad enjoys solving sudoku puzzles, reading fiction, learning new languages, cooking, and travelling.
