Biography

Manu Goswami serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, Vidyashilp University in Bengaluru, where he also holds the position of Legal Aid Coordinator. He previously served as Assistant Professor at National Law University Odisha, Cuttack. He is currently a PhD Scholar at National Law University Odisha, with his research focusing on Extended Producer Responsibility and environmental law.

Mr. Goswami holds an LL.M.degree from the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR University of Law) (2023-24), and his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University Odisha (2018-2023) He is a UGC NET qualified scholar.

His scholarly work addresses contemporary legal challenges in digital commerce, technology regulation, and environmental law. His publications include research on data privacy and competition law in India's digital economy, sexual harassment in digital workplaces, online gaming regulation, and the environmental impact of renewable energy projects on wildlife conservation. He has also co-authored book chapters on global legal frameworks for extended producer responsibility and circular economy transition.
