Kuriakose has been engaged in teaching and research during the past 40 years primarily in the area of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and assessing Living Wage Benchmarks. He has completed a number of Living Wage Benchmark Studies, several research projects on labour and industrial relations. He was a visiting fellow (1989-1990) to ESADE Business School, (Barcelona). He has carried out several consulting assignments and executive development programmes for Government of India, the ILO and for domestic and multinational corporations. He has held administrative and academic leadership positions such as Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, Dean of Students, Ambedkar University Delhi, Executive Chairperson, AUD Centre for Innovation and Incubation, Non-executive member on the Board of companies, Member on the Governing Council of Colleges, University of Delhi.
