Dr. Shobhana Chandra is an Assistant Professor at Vidyashilp University and a marketing researcher specializing in Consumer Behaviour and Business Research. She holds a PhD in Marketing from IIM Mumbai and brings valuable industry experience from her previous roles with organizations such as ICICI Bank, 3M India Limited, and Ingersoll-Rand India Limited. Her academic and research interests focus on understanding the evolving dynamics of consumer behaviour, particularly the impact of personalization and sustainability on consumer decision-making. She is passionate about advancing marketing research and education while bridging the gap between academic insights and real-world business practices. Her research has been published in reputed peer-reviewed academic journals and prominent scientific databases, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in marketing and consumer behaviour.
