Dr. P Dayananda Pai is a prominent educationist, philanthropist and leading developer in Bengaluru. Apart from being the Managing Trustee of VSEG, Dr. Pai is also the Board Trustee of B.M.S. College as well as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, and a Trustee of Karnataka Chitrakala Parishad. He is also the syndicate member of Manipal University and the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal. He has served as the former syndicate member of Mangalore University. Dr. Pai has been awarded the Karnataka Udyog Award, the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award and the Aryabhatta Award for initiatives involving social and charitable activities. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by Mangalore University for his exceptional contribution in the field of education and philanthropy.

Dr. Kiran Pai (Ed.D.) is the co-founder and Pro-Chancellor of Vidyashilp University. She is also the Director of three prominent schools in Bangalore, India - Vidyashilp Academy, Vidyashilp School and Vidyasagar Preschool.
Dr. Pai is a trained Educational Psychologist with expertise in Instructional Design. She earned her Doctorate in Education (Ed.D) in Organizational Change and Leadership and her Masters in Education in Learning Design and Technology (M.Ed LDT) at the Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California, USA. She was recently awarded the prestigious 2021 Doctoral Distinction Award in recognition of her scholarly work. She is also the recipient of the 2020 Honors from the U.S. based Kappa Delta Pi International Society in Education, which acknowledges only the top 20 percent of prominent international scholars in the field. She was the recipient of the 50 Innovative Leaders award in India awarded by the World Education Congress and Prof. Indira Parikh. Dr Pai undertook most of her professional training in educational leadership at Harvard University, Boston and the IIM-A. Dr. Pai is a member of the American Education Research Association (AERA) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Under her stewardship as the Director of schools in the last fourteen years, Vidyashilp Academy and Vidyasagar Preschools have won the IBCI School Brilliance awards, World Education awards for Pedagogy, and have been consistently ranked as one of the best co-ed day schools in the country. Additionally, her school’s revolutionary pedagogy has attracted long-term global and national partnerships with organizations such as UNESCO, IISc, IIM-A, University of Missouri, National Institute of Advanced Sciences and the Atal Innovation Mission. Specifically, Vidyashilp Academy is the only school in India identified by UNESCO Asia Pacific for its leading-edge pedagogical practices. To date, numerous organizations and conference papers continue to cite the school as a concrete example of best practices in promoting learner well-being. Additionally, she is also the Founder-Director of Vidyashilp Community Trust, a large-scale government school reform project for over 3,000 disadvantaged youth.

Dr. Vijayan Immanuel is an academic leader, professor and education enthusiast leading Vidyashilp University as Vice-Chancellor. With an illustrious career spanning over 35 years, Dr. Immanuel has been at the helm of leadership in multiple Universities in Dehradun, Pune and Bangalore. Dr. Immanuel’s experience and achievements span every aspect of University education. He holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
As a student and professor alumnus of National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal, Dr. Immanuel has driven the growth and development in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Along with his achievements, his career holds the distinction of being an academician with almost a decade in corporate leadership with HCL Technologies and JDA Software.
As a passionate educator, he has been integral in the development and execution of campus and program expansion, Ph.D and Post-Doctoral research fellowships, leadership programs and teams among others. He brings his expertise to pedagogy from his experiences in various institutions and systems in India and overseas. With his academic and professional background, Dr. Immanuel believes in building a unique experience at the University level to help build insightful individuals who will contribute to their company, community and society at large. Dr. Immanuel is a visionary and strives to build excellence in education with a focus on purposeful student experience leading to conscientious citizenship and leadership.

Dr. Devi Singh is recognized as one of the top academic leaders in the country who has created and transformed Institutions of higher learning. His immediate past assignment was the first Vice Chancellor of FLAME University, Pune. FLAME witnessed a major transformation and its current reputation and standing as the top Liberal Arts University is a testimony to that. He was Director of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow for ten and half years (2003-2014) and director of Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon for four and half years (1999-2003). He is a well-known Professor of International Finance and Management. IIM, Lucknow and MDI took major strides and made all round progress under his dynamic leadership.
Dr. Devi Singh has taught at leading Business Schools in India and abroad. He has published and presented research papers at various national/international journals/conferences. Dr. Devi Singh is author of three books in Finance and Management. He has been a consultant to leading Indian and multinational organizations in India. He has been on several policy level Committees of MHRD, Government of India, and the UGC. He has been on a member of Boards/Executive Councils of Indian Institute of Management, Kozikhode, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai amongst many others. Dr. Devi Singh has served as Member on the RBI Appointments Board for two years (2011-12) and was on the Board of India Fulbright for two years (2005-07). He was the President of Association of Indian Management Schools in 2006-07, and member the All-India Board of Management Studies of AICTE for six years (2000-2006). He has served on many corporate Boards and is currently on the Board of Governors of some of the leading Public and Private Sector companies.

Dr. Ranganath is a leading academician and a passionate higher educator with over three decades of leadership experience. Dr. Ranganath brings his expertise as a leader from his roles as former Vice Chancellor, Bangalore University and former Director, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) among others. He has been recognized as the Distinguished Professor for Life of University of Mysore in addition to serving as a Visiting Professor at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Moreover, under his leadership Dr. Ranganath has taken several initiatives to enhance the quality in teaching, research and administration including establishment of the national Drosophila Stock Center and the Uniton Evolution and Genetics at the University of Mysore. With his work, Dr. Ranganath has been the recipient of several awards and recognitions in his career. These include the INSA Young Scientist Medal, UGC Career Award, Golden Jubilee Award by the University of Mysore, Professor YT Thathachari National Award for Science and Aryabhata Award. He was elected Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore, and National Academy of Sciences (India) Allahabad and Foundation Fellow, Entomology Academy of India. Dr. Ranganath has graduated with a Bachelors and Masters in Science from the University of Mysore. Prior to obtaining his PhD, he has also worked as a UGC Junior Research Fellow and CSIR Senior Research Fellow. With his passion for research in genetics and evolution, Dr. H.A. Ranganath has mentored 12 PhD students and published 125 papers.
