Divakar Kuppan is an award-winning animation filmmaker and design educator with a Master's in Design (Animation & Filmmaking) from the Industrial Design Centre (IDC), IIT Bombay, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering. His work has received national and international recognition, including the Bhimsain Emerging Talent Award (2019, Silver Conch Award (2020), Hindustan Times 30 Under 30 Icon (2021), ASIFA Award of Excellence (2022), and the Technical Jury Award from the Ministry of Culture, Italy (2023). His expertise spans animation, visual storytelling, filmmaking, and design, with a strong focus ontradigital & experimental animation techniques, creative expression, and nurturing innovation through hands-on learning.
