Biography

Dr. Minati Rath is a researcher and academician specializing in Quantum Machine Learning, having completed her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management Mumbai. With over three decades of diverse experience spanning Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Quantum Computing, and Business Management, she has established herself as a dedicated educator, researcher, and industry professional.

Her research interests include Quantum Deep Learning, Quantum Data Encoding, and Neuromorphic Computing, with publications in reputed Q1 journals such as Springer Nature’s EPJ Quantum Technology, EPJ Data Science and Advanced Quantum Technologies. Dr. Rath holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.

Dr. Rath has extensive teaching experience in subjects including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Quantum Computing, and Generative AI at leading institutions such as FLAME University, BITS Pilani (WILP), and NMIMS. She has also contributed significantly to industry-academia collaborations through partnerships with organizations including Infosys, IBM, and Coursera.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Rath brings substantial industry experience in operations management, customer support, content management, and corporate training within software and information service organizations. She is passionate about integrating emerging technologies into business education and research, with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and future-ready learning.
