Dr. Saurabh Maheshwari is an accomplished scholar with over 13 years of teaching and research experience. He completed his postdoctoral fellowship from Beijing Normal University, earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from IIT Delhi and holds both M.A. in Psychology and a B.Sc. in Psychology & Mathematics from the University of Allahabad. Prior to joining Vidyashilp University, Dr. Saurabh served as an assistant Professor at IIT Jodhpur. He has also held the faculty position at Sikkim University and the Central University of (South) Bihar, where he significantly contributed to teaching, research, and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students. Dr. Saurabh has taught a broad spectrum of courses, including Social Psychology, Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Research method, Statistics, Motivation and Emotion, Professional Ethics. He has guided 4 Ph.D. scholar, 3 M.Phil. scholar and 19 Master’s Dissertations. He has 30 International publications in reputed journals like, Current Psychology, Psychological Research, Journal of General Psychology, Journal of Cognitive Psychology, Personnel Relationship, and Contemporary Educational Technology. Dr. Saurabh has completed two sponsored projects. His research interest encompasses psychology of class and capital, interpersonal relationship, prosocial behavior, and social cognition.
