Biography

Zuno’s academic background comprises of a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala; and a master’s in regulatory governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Currently, Zuno is pursuing a Ph.D. from the Tilburg Law School, Tilburg University, The Netherlands. His current research is on the institutional aspects of telecommunications standard-setting bodies.

In addition, Zuno has 8+ years of work experience, where he has worked as an engineer with an aerospace and defense SME, Verdant Telemetry, Kochi, Kerala; as a Research Associate with IIM Ahmedabad’s IDEA Cellular Telecom Centre of Excellence (IITCOE); as a Research Associate with Athena Infonomics’ Monitoring, Learning and Impact Evaluation team; and as a Senior Project Consultant with Ernst & Young transaction advisory services team for a Chennai based Southern Railway Zone project.
